Hi. It's been ages. Busy time. I have resigned my job to go freelance, moved, done a magazine illustration (I hope to be able to show that by the end of March) and so many other things . . .

How did you get the illustrating job? Do you get an agent or is it a case of knowing people in high places?
I have been trying to be a freelance illustrator for 26 years, but so far haven't even come close to landing my first job.
Any advice would be welcomed.
