Cards for Charity
Two of my Alice illustrations printed as greetings card for Medulawi. This is my girlfriends charity that provides education and nurses to Malawi. It is a great cause and the cards are really nice. 100% recycled, matt finsh.
Work in progress
Behance has a new 'Work in Progress' function. You can post iterations of your work as it progresses and show your process . . . and perhaps get some constructive feedback. I have a new project I am working on right now and am trying it out. Take a look. It is a pretty well designed feature and it is interesting to see how peoples work develops. I do find though that getting any serious feedback and not just positive, 'pat on the back' comments is pretty tricky in most places on the web. It is really hard to find a forum for critical response. Working at home alone all the time can be very creatively isolating. It is great to have so many talented peoples work art your fingertip (thanks interweb) but nothing beats a bit of interaction and conversation.

Ganesh
This is the first illustration I have done as the start of a new series to build an educational illustration portfolio to add range to my other children's book work. I am imagining a world religions and historical set as well as some more narrative work.

Spot the difference
Before and After (lighting and layering)
A quick revisit to this piece to try out a few things. I think perhaps I can go further . . . Don't want to over complicate the image but do want to lift the style a bit.
